Jon Dubravac, Chief Business Development Officer and co-founder of WealthSource Partners, LLC, focuses his time on seeking out the highest quality financial advisors to join the company.
Prior to entering the financial services industry, Jon played football at UCLA and with the San Francisco 49ers. His collegiate and professional football background has provided Jon with an expansive network and is a significant driver behind the success of WealthSource’s recruiting efforts.
In 2016, Jon co-founded WealthSource Partners when Avant-Garde Advisors & Vellum Financial unified their brands, employees, and clients under a common vision and direction.
As a founding partner, Jon helped launch Avant-Garde Advisors in 2009. Prior to Avant-Garde, Jon was a financial advisor at New England Financial, a subsidiary of MetLife. While at New England Financial, he helped establish The Foresight Group, LLC, a boutique financial services company that operated under New England Financial’s registered investment adviser umbrella. While competing as a collegiate athlete, Jon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Jon’s past football experience transfers into his time away from the office. For over a decade, he has helped coach local high school football players. Currently, he is an assistant coach for one of the Denver area’s top 5A High School Football teams focusing on tight ends and wide receivers.
When not working or coaching you can find Jon enjoying an ice-cold blue mountain beer, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.
